Stronger wood, smarter stewardship
The timber in a SHAWOOD home is harvested at peak maturity from certified forests, with two trees planted for every one used. Each plank is glue-laminated for strength and treated to resist moisture and termites, creating a high-performance material built to last.
Every beam is precision-cut in a factory, with openings for metal fittings and pre-set joints. This reduces waste and ensures tighter connections and greater structural integrity.
