They’re quite photogenic
We love a good photoshoot (and we’re especially proud of our homes’ abundance of natural sunlight) and we encourage our partners to film and post our properties and communities.
We’re here to make your job easier—and your clients happier.
Guidelines and site etiquette
To ensure the best experience for all, we ask that real estate partners help us maintain the integrity of our homes and brand by following these guidelines:
DO:
- Visit during office hours, or request a filming appointment in through info@shawood.com or request an appointment in advance when possible.
- Use approved marketing assets and follow our brand guidelines (including name usage and logo treatments).
- Let us know if you plan to bring a professional film crew or do any large-scale content capture.
- Reach out to your local SHAWOOD team if you have questions, need materials, or want to collaborate.
- Tag SHAWOOD appropriately and feel free to share short-form, organic content (e.g., phone-shot Reels, walkthroughs, Stories).
DON’T:
- Enter homes, model spaces, or construction areas that are not open to the public.
- Access any restricted areas, including those behind fencing.
- Enter homes under construction unless invited and accompanied by a SHAWOOD representative.
- Stand on furniture or staging items to film content—we love creativity, but we ask for care and respect in our model spaces.
- Use or alter graphics, logos, or copy from SHAWOOD.com or brand channels without written permission.
